"Project/Model Data" means geometry, drawings, parameters, and result files provided or generated locally in your browser during calculation or rendering. "Account Information" means registration and login information. "Usage Information" means minimal records for billing, security, and stability, such as call counts and timestamps.
You are responsible for accurate information, credential security, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Local-only computation and rendering: all calculations and rendering run in your browser. We do not upload or use your Project/Model Data. Inputs and outputs remain in the files you download.
Evidence: If you dispute results, keep project files and related records as evidence.
Export Construction Reference is generated from your inputs. By confirming the export, you confirm that all design data is correct and you acknowledge a quota deduction. The Construction Reference is provided for reference only and is not an engineering drawing. It must not be used for permit applications, construction approvals, or any other regulated purpose. You must review all content before use. We are not responsible for losses, manufacturing issues, or construction problems caused by incorrect design or input data.
Plans include trial, personal (pay as you go), business (monthly quota), and partner (by agreement). Pricing and quotas are shown on the website or in a written agreement.
Priority: bonus, then prepaid, then monthly. You may not abuse, bypass, or interfere with quota or security controls.
Except for minimal information necessary for accounts, authentication, usage counting, and security, we do not collect or upload your Project/Model Data. See the Privacy Policy for details and rights.
You are responsible for lawful content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process Account and Usage Information solely to operate, maintain, bill, improve, and secure the Services.
All IP in the Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, belongs to us or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent protections without written permission.
Illegal activities, infringement, security or quota bypass, scraping or load testing, malware, interference, unauthorized resale or redistribution, false statements, or export or sanctions violations.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error free operation, or specific outcomes, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at fees paid for the relevant Service, if any.
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations or compliance or security reasons. Data handling follows our retention and export policies.
You must comply with applicable laws including privacy, export controls, sanctions, anti bribery, and anti corruption. We may limit or refuse Services for compliance reasons.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events. We will use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
We may notify you via website, in-product messages, or email. Notices are deemed delivered upon sending or posting.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the PRC. Disputes are submitted to the competent court where our company is located.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
